How to Track Your Order

Check your email
Look for a shipping confirmation email from Y2KTees. It contains your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Click the tracking link
The link in your email will take you directly to the carrier's website where you can see your package's current status and estimated delivery date.
Follow real-time updates
Your tracking page will update as your package moves through the carrier network. You will see scans for pickup, transit, out for delivery, and delivered.

What if My Tracking Has Not Updated?

It is normal for tracking information to take 24-48 hours to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation. During this time, the carrier is processing your package and it may not show movement yet.

Allow at least 24-48 hours after your shipping confirmation before expecting tracking updates.
Tracking may lag while the carrier processes and sorts packages, especially during busy periods.
International packages may show limited tracking information while in transit between countries.

What if My Package Is Delayed?

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, but occasional delays can happen during holiday seasons or peak periods.

During holidays and high-volume periods, carriers may experience delays beyond their standard delivery estimates.
If you selected express shipping and your package does not arrive within the express delivery timeline, we will refund the express shipping fee.

Package Shows Delivered but I Cannot Find It

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it:

Check with neighbors, building reception, or secure locations where the carrier may have left it.
Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered slightly before drop-off.
Check around your property for alternative delivery spots.

If it still has not turned up after 24 hours, contact our support team and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
