Ordering

Browse our collections, pick the design and size you want, and add it to your cart. When you are ready, head to checkout and follow the prompts to enter your shipping address and payment details. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

We can accommodate changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order, as long as production has not already started. After that window, your order is likely already in production and we may not be able to make changes. Contact us as soon as possible at support@y2ktees.com and we will do our best to help.

Yes. Every Y2KTees product is printed after you place your order. This means fresher prints, less waste, and the ability for us to keep offering a wide range of designs without sitting on unsold inventory. It also means production takes a little longer than shipping from a warehouse, but the quality is worth it.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, reach out to our support team and we will confirm your order status.

If you created an account at checkout, you can view your order history and easily reorder. Otherwise, just browse the store and add the same items to your cart again. If a design has been retired, contact us and we will let you know if it can be reprinted.

Shipping

Shipping times vary by destination and service level. Here is a general breakdown:

United States: Standard 2-5 business days, Express 2-3 business days.

Australia / New Zealand: Standard 2-5 business days, Express 2-3 business days.

Canada: Standard 2-5 business days, Express 2-3 business days.

United Kingdom: Standard 2-5 business days, Express 2-3 business days.

Europe: Standard 2-5 business days, Express 2-3 business days.

Rest of World: Standard 10-30 business days, Express 7-10 business days.

Yes, we ship worldwide. We fulfill orders from multiple production facilities around the globe, so your order ships from the location closest to you for faster delivery and lower shipping costs.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 for customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Europe. Orders under $50 and express shipping options are subject to shipping fees calculated at checkout.

We work with a range of trusted carriers depending on your location, including USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, Australia Post, Canada Post, and Evri. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your shipping address and the fulfillment facility handling your order.

Most orders are processed and handed off to the carrier within 1-2 business days. During peak periods or high-volume promotions, processing may take 3-5 business days. Our daily cutoff for same-day processing is 4PM EST. Orders placed after that will begin processing the next business day.

If your order has not entered production yet, we may be able to upgrade your shipping. Contact us at support@y2ktees.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we will see what we can do.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Click the link to view real-time updates on your delivery status. You can also visit our Track Order page for more information.

It is normal for tracking to take 24-48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation is sent. Carriers sometimes batch-scan packages, which can cause temporary gaps in tracking data. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact our support team and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

First, check with neighbors, your building reception, or any secure location where the carrier may have left the package. Some carriers also scan packages as delivered slightly before the actual drop-off, so we recommend waiting 24 hours. If the package still does not turn up, contact us at support@y2ktees.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the situation. We may send a replacement at no extra cost.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or misprinted. To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and photos of the issue. For full details, see our Returns Policy.

Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for incorrect size selections. However, we understand mistakes happen. Reach out to our support team and we will do our best to find a solution on a case-by-case basis.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Since each item is produced specifically for your order, we are unable to restock or resell returned items. We encourage you to review product details, size guides, and images carefully before ordering.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement as quickly as possible -- no need to return the original item.

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period and the package appears to be lost, contact our support team. We will investigate with the carrier and, once confirmed lost, issue a full refund or send a replacement -- whichever you prefer.

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Absolutely. Our checkout is powered by Shopify Payments and Stripe, which use industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliance to protect your payment information. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Your card is charged immediately when you complete checkout. You will see the charge appear on your statement shortly after placing your order.

No, Y2KTees is an online-only store. We are based in Lewes, Delaware, USA, and operate entirely through our website. This allows us to keep costs down and focus on delivering great products directly to your door.
