Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, as long as production has not already started. Once an order enters production, cancellation is no longer possible because the item is already being printed specifically for you.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@y2ktees.com with your order number.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will ship a free replacement at no cost to you. There is no need to return the original item.

To get started, contact our support team with your order number and photos of the issue. This helps us verify the problem and get your replacement out as quickly as possible.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, you have the choice of a full refund or a free replacement -- whichever you prefer. Contact our support team and we will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.

Delayed Express Shipping

If you selected express shipping and the delivery timeline is not met, the express shipping fee will be refunded. Standard delivery timelines are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Marked as Delivered but Missing

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, first check with neighbors, your building reception, or any secure location where the carrier may have left it. Some carriers scan packages as delivered slightly before the actual drop-off, so we recommend waiting 24 hours.

If the package still does not turn up, contact us and we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  2. For damage or misprint claims, include clear photos of the problem.
  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
  4. Once approved, we will process your refund or ship a replacement right away.

Return Shipping

When a return is applicable, Y2KTees covers the cost of return shipping. You will receive instructions and a prepaid label if we need the item sent back.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed immediately on our side once your claim is approved. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. This typically takes 5-10 business days, though some providers may be faster.

Made-to-Order Notice

Please keep in mindAll Y2KTees products are printed on demand. Unlike mass-produced retail items, made-to-order products cannot be restocked or resold once printed. This is why we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns. We encourage you to review product details, size guides, and images carefully before placing your order.
